Franklin Grove home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Franklin Grove fell by $3,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,000 - a 5% decrease over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Franklin Grove in the second quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Franklin Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,949, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
