Yeoward Addition home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Yeoward Addition rose by $7,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,000 - a 15.6% increase over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Yeoward Addition in the second quarter of 2017, as well.
