Como home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Como rose by $83,100 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 160.1% increase over the $51,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Como in the first half of 2017.
