Albany home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Albany rose by $12,075 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,325 - a 13.2% increase over the $91,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Albany in the first half of 2017.
