Erie home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Erie rose by $2,450 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,450 - a 2.5% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Erie in the first half of 2017.
