Ashton home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Ashton rose by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 18.7% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Ashton in 2018.

The median sales tax in Ashton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,171, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for 2019.
