Paw Paw home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Paw Paw rose by $3,125 while total sales decreased by 36%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,125 - a 2.4% increase over the $129,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Paw Paw in 2018.

The median sales tax in Paw Paw for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,021, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for 2019.
