Shannon home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Shannon fell by $53,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $24,500 - a 68.6% decrease over the $78,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Shannon in the first half of 2018.
