Chadwick home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Chadwick rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,000 - a 14.5% increase over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Chadwick in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Chadwick for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,417, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
