Morrison home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Morrison rose by $42,000 while total sales increased by 111.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,000 - a 60% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Morrison in November 2018.
