Erie home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Erie rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,500 - a 21.5% increase over the $116,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Erie in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Erie for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,089, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
