Morrison home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Morrison fell by $87,000 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,500 - a 67.2% decrease over the $129,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Morrison in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Morrison for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,339, approximately 5.5% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
