Sterling home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Sterling fell by $33,250 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $54,750 - a 37.8% decrease over the $88,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Sterling in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Sterling for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,159, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
