City of Byron Zoning Board of Appeals met Feb. 13.
Here is the agenda provided by the board:
1. A request from Tim Hayden, JTH Storage, LLC to do a re-subdivision of 1360 Kysor Dr., PIN #05-33-101-006, in the city of Byron, Ogle County Illinois. The split will result in two separate parcels, lot #7 & #8. The resultant parcels will need variances for setbacks and an access easement to accommodate turning movements.
Lot #7- south side bldg. setback : currently 8.4 feet, 25’ feet by ordinance.
Lot #8 – north side bldg. setback : 7.9’ feet , 25’ feet by ordinance
Rear bldg. setback: 18’ feet, 25’ by ordinance.
South bldg. setback : 18’ feet, 25’ by ordinance
