Byron Forest Preserve District issued the following announcement on Feb. 25.
Only one more month until our annual Maple Syrup Festival! This FREE event offers kids crafts, hay wagon tours of the Sugar Bush and you can even see the maple sap evaporator process. Plus we will host our pancake breakfast for only $5 per person! This fun and educational family-friendly event takes place Saturday, March 21 from 8 - 11 AM at the Heritage Farm Museum right here at the Byron Forest Preserve.
