City of Dixon City Council met Feb. 6.

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Councilman Marshall at 8:00am.

Councilman Venier, Considine, Marshall, and Oros answered Roll Call. Absent Mayor Arellano. Pledge of Allegiance was cited, Councilman Venier gave a blessing.
ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION IN THE MEETING FOR MAYOR ARELLANO
Councilman Oros moved, pursuant to the provisions of the Illinois Open Meetings Act, to allow for Mayor Arellano to participate electronically in the meeting as necessitated by his out-of-town
military service for our country. Seconded by Councilman Venier. Voting Yea: Considine, Marshall, and Oros. Voting Nay: None. Motion Carried.

VISITORS/PUBLIC COMMENT None
WORK SESSION – FY2019/2020 Budget Review
Public Works Director/Assistant City Manager Heckman presented the Water & Waste Water Proposals & Analysis, discussion ensued.
MAYOR ARELLANO LEFT MEETING AT 8:18am. MAYOR ARELLANO RE-JOINED MEETING AT 8:23am.
Public Works Director/Assistant City Manager Heckman presented the Water & WasteWater Capital Improvement, discussion ensued. Public Works Director/Assistant City Manager Heckman presented the Water & Waste Water Historical and Projections FY20 and beyond, discussion ensued.
Discussion ensued regarding the previous work session and the requests from the presenters from that session. KSB requested that their Brain Health Proclamation be for 2020, not just January. Consensus of the Council was to proclaim that. It will be brought to the next meeting. The next work session will be on Thursday, February 13, 2020.
ADJOURMENT
Councilman Venier moved that the Special Council Meeting of Thursday, February 6, 2020, be adjourned to meet in Special Session on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 8:00am in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Seconded by Councilman Oros. Voting Yea: Venier, Considine, Marshall, and Oros. Voting Nay: None. Motion Carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:25am.
