Como home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Como rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 1.1% increase over the $133,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Como in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Como for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,929, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
