Fulton home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Fulton fell by $38,000 while total sales decreased by 17.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,000 - a 29.2% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Fulton in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Fulton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,350, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
