Sterling home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Sterling rose by $35,001 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 70% increase over the $49,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Sterling in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Sterling for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,159, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
