Thomson home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Thomson fell by $17,375 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,875 - a 27.5% decrease over the $63,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Thomson in 2018.
