Lanark home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Lanark rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,000 - a 71.4% increase over the $42,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Lanark in 2018.
