A. Aprrove proposed 2020/2021 Annual Budget (located at the end of the packet)

Includes 4% increase in water/sewer use fees and depreciation

Request City Attorney to draft ordinance for W/S and Garbage Rate increases

4% W/S and depreciation - Starts with readings from 5/20/20 - 6/20/20 and is applied to the July 1, 2020 billing

$2.50 increase in garbage from $13.30 t0 $15.80 starting on the June 1, 2020 bill

B. Ratify farm lease with Wherry Brothers, LLC - 55.8 acres at $200/acre for one year

C. Approve the bid award for Twin City Construction for the 8th Stree Project (page 5)
