BERTOLET MEMORIAL LIBRARY DISTRICT: Library Will Reopen On Monday, June 1st!

Open

Bertolet Memorial Library District issued the following announcement on May 29.

We are excited to announce that Bertolet Memorial Library will reopen on Monday, June 1st! We will resume our regular hours: Monday-Thursday 10AM-7PM and Saturday 8AM-12PM.

~We ask that all staff and patrons over the age of 2 years old wear a face covering when in the library. If you are unable to wear a face covering, please call 815-738-2742 or visit prairiecat.info to place a hold for items; staff will contact you when your hold is ready for curbside pickup. We are only able to fulfill holds and checkout items located within our library; there are no interlibrary loans available at this time.

~All materials returned will be held for a 7 day quarantine before being checked in. These items will still show as checked out on your account during this time. There will be no late fees assessed for materials during the quarantine period.

~There will be no in-person programming at Bertolet Memorial Library for the time being. We will re-evaluate this decision at the end of June. Book donations are not being accepted at this time. We are accepting soft plastic donations. Restrooms are available for public use and will be cleaned twice daily. Please maintain 6 feet distance within the library.
