Savanna home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Savanna rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 60.7% increase over the $28,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Savanna in the second quarter of 2019.
