Shannon home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Shannon rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 63.3% increase over the $24,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Shannon in the first half of 2019.
