City of Oregon City Council met Oct. 13.

2. Approve September 22nd, 2020 Minutes

3. Approve Warrants and Payroll

4. Approve Far,:ade Grant Application for Meggan Dickson-Grennen

5. Approve Resolution 2020-17 Candlelight Walk Carriage Ride

6. Approve Dumpster Ordinance 2020-113 as Amended

7. Approve Adding $20.00 Permit Fee for Dumpster Permit to the Fee Schedule

Mayor, Officer, and Commissioners Reports

Chief of Police, City Administrator, Commissioner Cozzi, Commissioner Krug,

Commissioner Schuster, Commissioner Wilson, Mayor Williams

The City of Oregon, in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, requests that persons with disabilities, who require certain accommodations to allow them to observe and/or participate in the meeting(s) or have questions about the accessibility of the meeting(s) or faci lities, contact the City Administrator Darin DeHaan at 8 15-732-6321 at least 24 hours before a scheduled meeting to allow the City to make reasonable accommodations for these persons.

Executive session

A portion of the meeting maybe closed to the Publ ic, immediately as permitted by 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the City of Oregon, and as permitted by 5 ILCS I 02/2 (c)( 11) to di scuss litigation against, affecting, or on behalf of the City which has been filed and is pending in a court or ad ministrative tribunal of which is imminent and as permitted by 5 ILCS (c)(2 1) to review and approve closed session minutes and as permitted by 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) 2 Collective negotiating matters. Possible action after executive session.
