Davis Junction home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Davis Junction fell by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,000 - a 20.3% decrease over the $177,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Davis Junction in November 2018.
