Lost Nation home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Lost Nation fell by $27,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 16.4% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lost Nation in October 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Lost Nation for 2019 was $3,372. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,136. This marks an increase of 7.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
