Davis Junction home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Davis Junction rose by $57,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,000 - a 41.6% increase over the $137,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Davis Junction in September 2018.
