Stillman Valley home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Stillman Valley rose by $52,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,500 - a 35.3% increase over the $147,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Stillman Valley in September 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Stillman Valley for 2019 was $3,313. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,195. This marks an increase of 3.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
