Davis Junction home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Davis Junction rose by $25,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,750 - a 19.5% increase over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Davis Junction in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Davis Junction for 2019 was $4,098. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,806. This marks an increase of 7.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.6%.
