Hillcrest home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Hillcrest rose by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,500 - a 45.6% increase over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hillcrest in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Hillcrest for 2019 was $2,725. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,659. This marks an increase of 2.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
