Mount Morris home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Mount Morris rose by $66,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 104.7% increase over the $63,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mount Morris in June 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Mount Morris for 2019 was $1,868. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,687. This marks an increase of 10.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
