Polo home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Polo rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,500 - a 25% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Polo in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Polo for 2019 was $1,831. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,832. This marks an decrease of 0.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
