Hillcrest home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Hillcrest rose by $7,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $113,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hillcrest in March 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Hillcrest for 2019 was $2,725. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,659. This marks an increase of 2.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
