Byron home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Byron rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,500 - a 7.4% increase over the $148,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Byron in March 2018.
