Creston home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Creston fell by $55,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,750 - a 45.3% decrease over the $122,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Creston in February 2018.
