Oregon home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Oregon rose by $12,750 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,500 - a 18.8% increase over the $67,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Oregon in December 2017, as well.
