Stillman Valley home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Stillman Valley rose by $6,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Stillman Valley in November 2017.
