Davis Junction home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Davis Junction rose by $16,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,000 - a 9.9% increase over the $161,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Davis Junction in November 2017.
