Polo home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Polo fell by $4,750 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 6.6% decrease over the $71,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Polo in September 2017.
