Lost Nation home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Lost Nation fell by $151,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $10,000 - a 93.8% decrease over the $161,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lost Nation in October 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Lost Nation for 2017 was $3,067. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,040. This marks an increase of 0.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 30.7%.
