Mount Morris home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Mount Morris fell by $24,500 while total sales increased by 233.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,000 - a 29.3% decrease over the $83,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mount Morris in October 2016.
