Byron home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Byron rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $142,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Byron in April 2016.
