Davis Junction home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Davis Junction rose by $20,800 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,050 - a 14% increase over the $148,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Davis Junction in April 2016.
