Stillman Valley home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Stillman Valley fell by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 12.5% decrease over the $156,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Stillman Valley in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Stillman Valley for 2019 was $3,313. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,195. This marks an increase of 3.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
