Rochelle home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Rochelle rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 34.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,500 - a 19.5% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Rochelle in the first quarter of 2018.
