Mount Morris home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mount Morris fell by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,000 - a 9.6% decrease over the $67,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Mount Morris in the fourth quarter of 2017.
