Hillcrest home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Hillcrest rose by $29,350 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,750 - a 30.4% increase over the $96,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hillcrest in the fourth quarter of 2017, as well.
