Mount Morris home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Mount Morris rose by $11,750 while total sales decreased by 22.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,750 - a 16.8% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Mount Morris in 2017.
